  • Jay’s Café Farewell

  • Security Reminder: Visitors

    All visitors to the School of Nursing must show identification and sign-in. Visitors are given a wristband to wear during their stay. If you are expecting visitors, please notify security by either calling 410-614-3122 or by going down to the security desk. Meet visitors at the front entrance or notify security of special instructions. Please do not let visitors in at other entrances.

  • Hopkins on the Hill

    Assistant Professor Laura Samuel will represent the SON from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 at the Rayburn House in Washington. Johns Hopkins will showcase works in artificial intelligence, space exploration, health care, and more. Register.

  • Visiting Scholar: Pearl Cuevas

    Dr. Cuevas will work with Dean Davidson from May  15 to August 15 on researching transcultural nursing perspectives of the older adult and cultural assessment tools for Filipinos. She is visiting from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines. Welcome.

  • Childhood Experiences and Sexual Initiation

    A study by Professor Jacquelyn Campbell, Research Associate Andrea Cimino, and colleagues highlights the relationship between childhood experiences and sexual initiation before 13 years of age. The study, "Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) are associated with forced and very early sexual initiation among Black women accessing publicly funded STD clinics in Baltimore, MD," identifies the need for sex education and interventions.
