  • DNP Nurse Anesthesiology

    Assistant Professor Laura Samuel will represent the SON from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 at the Rayburn House in Washington. Johns Hopkins will showcase works in artificial intelligence, space exploration, health care, and more. Register.

  • Watch Parties: Future of Nursing

    Engage with the National Academy of Medicine’s Committee on the Future of Nursing 2020-2030 by hosting a watch party with fellow students and colleagues. The next public meeting will be broadcast from Philadelphia on July 24. Join or host a Watch Party through Campaign for Action.

  • Pride Month at JHU

    Johns Hopkins will participate in Pride Month events in Baltimore (June 15-16), and St. Petersburg, FL (June 22-23). Register to march and select your JHU Pride T-shirt size. 

  • SDH and Economic Mobility

    On May 1, the Brookings Institution’s Braiding and Blending Working Group hosted Braiding and Blending Funds to Promote Social Determinants of Health. It focused on “braiding and blending” funds from different sources, the challenges of achieving such flexible funding, and policy steps to make it easier to improve community health and economic mobility. If you were not able to attend or view the webcast, video recordings  are now available.
